Does Joey log into Compass or Sentral?

No, and that's deliberate. Joey reads the notifications, emails and screenshots those portals send you. Nothing to connect, no school passwords to hand over, and it works with any school system, even paper notes.

Which states and schools does Joey support?

All of them. Term-date resolution covers every state and territory, government, Catholic and independent sectors. Portal-tuned reading is deepest for Compass and Sentral, which most VIC and NSW families use. Kinders, preschools and daycare centres work too; Joey reads their newsletters and app notices the same way.

What if Joey gets something wrong?

Anything uncertain is flagged and asked, never silently written. If a detail does slip through, one tap fixes it everywhere, and Joey remembers the correction for next time.

Do both parents need the app?

No. Joey belongs to the household. One parent can set it up; briefings, reminders and confirmations reach every adult in the family by their preferred channel: app, email or text.

Can my kids use Joey?

No. Parents hold the account; children are never users or chat members. Joey stores the minimum about each child: a first name or nickname, year level and school. That data gets our strictest protection.
