In Australian dollars, with no tricks. The free tier is useful every week, and we promise never to move a feature you rely on behind the paywall after the fact.
Parents tell us they spend 3–5 hours a week wrangling portals, newsletters and group chats. Joey gives most of it back.
One missed excursion deadline or emergency costume dash costs more than a month of Joey Plus.
The real product is the feeling on Sunday night: it's handled. We can't put a price on that, so we picked a small one.
Because the alternative is worse. Family assistants that are "free" while their business model is undecided end up tempted to monetise your data. Joey's model is simple and public: you pay a small subscription, and your data pays for nothing. That's the whole business.
Every plan covers the whole household: both parents, one Joey, one shared view. We will never charge per parent for sharing the mental load. That would be the opposite of the point.
Each screenshot, PDF or forwarded message Joey reads counts as one. Fifteen a month comfortably covers one child's typical school traffic. Briefings, reminders, corrections and calendar syncs are always free and uncounted.
Cancel in two taps, keep the free tier, no dark patterns. If you leave entirely, tell Joey /delete-all-my-data and everything is hard-deleted within five minutes. We don't keep souvenirs.
Groceries and meals are coming to Joey Plus at no added cost. Payment features, when they arrive, will show the fee before you approve each payment. Joey never holds your money.
Your first forwarded notice takes two minutes. The first briefing arrives Sunday at 7pm sharp.
